Good news for Goedertrouw Dam

“Dam levels increased by 5%“

Zululanders will be pleased to know that the recent torrential rains have increased the Goedertrouw Dam level by 5%.

Tuesday and Wednesday’s rainfall increased dam levels from 37.22% to 42.28% – and while this sounds remarkable, it’s not the best part.


Clear indication of the amount of rainfall that has contributed to the dam level

This figure is likely to increase even more with water continuing to flow into the dam and with further rainfall predicted for tomorrow and Saturday.
