“With locals and visitors in the city still making daily visits to beaches and swimming pools for leisure, we would like to caution them to heed the instructions and commands of the lifeguards and law enforcement. This is to prevent accidents and drowning incidents and for everyone to have a pleasant and safe holiday.”

The City further issued tips for the public to follow to stay safe around large bodies of water.
