Please note the following amendments to the Disaster Management Act, 2002 regulations for Covid-19:
Please note that marine guided tours are allowed to resume operations as of 31 July 2020. Operations should operate within the prescripts of Covid-19 protocols by the Department of Health as well as with valid permits. As expected, no vessel will operate on full capacity and will have a tourist guide on board.
We request that you support the marine tour sector in resuming their operations.
